With a PhD from York University in Education (2012) and a focus on meaningful learning in Canadian history education, Dr. Samantha Cutrara has become an expert educational consultant on teaching and learning both inside and outside the classroom.
As a History Education Strategist, Dr. Cutrara develops strategies, projects, and programs that help organizations and individuals teach Canadian history in ways that are more meaningful, inclusive, and transformative.
As a Program Development and Curriculum Specialist in the Office of the Vice Provost Academic at York University, she works closely with Faculties and departments to develop more innovative, student-centric curricular offerings.
